Cold Brew Popsicles

Ingredients:

      • A cup of cold brew concentrate

      • 3 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk

      • Popsicle molds

      • Popsicle sticks.

      • (Maybe some extra plain milk and sweetener)

    Coffee popsicles are nothing new, but most recipes use iced coffee, which will oxidize and lose most of its freshness while you wait for it to freeze over. Our Cold Brew Concentrate, on the other hand, can last for weeks without its flavours degrading, so a little bit of time chillin’ in the freezer won’t make a difference.

    Simply mix together the coffee and sweetened condensed milk, pour into the molds, place the sticks, and let sit in the freezer overnight. Yum!

    Cold Brew Concentrate Ice Cream

    Ingredients:

        • ½ cup of cold brew coffee concentrate

        • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream

        • 340 ml of sweetened condensed milk

        • 1 tbsp of Kahlua (optional)

        • Mix together the Kahlua, sweetened condensed milk and cold brew, and then whip the cream until stiff peaks begin to form. Next, delicately fold the coffee mixture into the whipped cream and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours, just as it begins to freeze. Or, use an ice cream maker.

      Cold Brew Bourbon

      Ingredients:

          • 230 ml of Cold Brew Concentrate

          • 60 ml bourbon

          • 30 ml butterscotch liqueur

        Bourbon is the sweeter, more laid back cousin of whiskey, and is meant for slow drinking. Couple this with the invigorating taste of cold brew, add a little bit of rich butterscotch liqueur to meld the flavours, and you’re ready for some serious chilling.

        The recipe is simple enough: mix all of the ingredients in a shaker, and then pour in a tall glass over ice, and enjoy.

        Cold Brew Mocha

        Ingredients:

            • 14 grams chocolate, chopped

            • 120 ml cold brew concentrate

            • 90 ml chocolate milk (or plain)
           
          • Carefully melt chocolate in microwave, stirring occasionally. Use a spoon and drizzle into your cup. Add ice cubes.
          • Pour cold brew into glass, then chocolate milk. Stir and enjoy!
