Payment & Returns

Yes, we can accept most credit card payments online with Stripe, PayPal and the Square secure payment gateway.

With Stripe, PayPal and Square’s end-to-end encryption, customer payment data never touches our servers or devices. Our secure online payment system offers 24/7 processing protection.

We accept all debit and credit cards. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.

No, we are not offering free returns, for more information you can check the Return Policy here.

If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Please reach out to us at [email protected] and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.

Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at [email protected] and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

Shipping

Please go through the following steps: 

1. Confirm that the shipping address that was entered at checkout is correct.

2. Check with any neighbours and/or housemates that may have picked up or received this package by mistake.

3. Check with your local Post Office—they are responsible for delivery after it leaves us.  

4. Something else to consider: If it was delivered and has gone missing—might theft be involved?

We use Australia Post for domestic orders.

Delivery time frames are:

Metropolitan: 2-3 days
Regional: 5-7 days
Remote areas may take up to 14 days.

Coffee is roasted fresh weekly to ensure quality and freshness, and is generally shipped the same week. Don’t worry, you will receive shipping notifications and updates.
